（3）F-CHP：胶原蛋白杂交肽，5-FAM 结合物；

（4）In vivo：胶原蛋白杂交肽，磺基-Cy7.5 结合物 (sCy7.5-CHP)；

（5）R-CHP：胶原蛋白杂交肽，Cy3 结合物。
